No Pole NO PROBLEM! Get fit anyway!

On Line Floor class!!! Work-out from home!

Add on class for in- studio students or

Get the on-line only package if you aren't close!

You will need:

1. At least 6 foot diameter of floor space(move the furniture!) In a Pinch 5 x 6 will work but may require you to adjust often

2. Internet & Zoom accounts and a computer screen of some sort with video. Remember: You will be about 4-6 feet away from the screen to watching & do the class instruction.

3. Knee pads/ socks that cover the tops of your feet or heels

4. We are sliding on the surface so loose pajamas, jeans to sports wear any length will work to keep your skin intact! It's your home so you choose.

Balance,and body positivity is the foundation of "deep somatic awareness" at Mage Flow Pole & Fitness. That's the ability to know and activate muscles to make shapes with your body and flow gracefully!

Being able to move freely with end-range flexibility, is a must as any female chasing life through the day can tell you. We need to ENGAGE those opposing muscle groups on purpose and in a focus manner. Why not make that FUN and dance through it all!

Classes are dance flow taught with floor tricks that you WILL use on the pole no matter what your experience or if you decide to do that later!.

It is perfect at conditioning your timing of muscle contractions both on the pole, or even walking through the grocery store.

The end result is MORE energy and MORE self-confidence, whether you are bare foot or want to use heels!
