Details: 1:1 private fitness eval 30-45 minute slot with an instructor trained to look for
a) your body's fitness needs status - you have ASSETS girl!
& b) a plan to get YOU progress that is best for your body, your time & your funds' availability.
What we do in that time:
Personal Goals Plan:for your points of interest and so the studio plans classes with you in mind
Heels types & recommendations based on your goals
Pole and gear recommendations based on your goals
Hand & arm grip testing
End-range flexibility check so you don't do homework that isn't going to help you!
Documenting your body type for 100% body positivity and making recommendations for home "cookies" based on YOUR body (she is perfect, and we are going to help you see... she knows what she needs!) Cookies are dance movements that last 5-10 min max on your off work-out days
Skills check lists - That is ALL skills and moves, we don't do trick-flation here. We compare only to ourselves.
What to wear:
Any clothing but, sport wear works best: we will check your grip, muscles, balance & end-range flexibility
